Fish and Wildlife Commission to Meet in Executive Session Thursday

PORTLAND  -The Oregon Fish and Wildlife Commission will meet in executive session Thursday, March 19, around 9:30 a.m. to consult with legal counsel to consider confidential attorney-client advice concerning the Oregon Endangered Species Act and to deliberate with staff negotiating a real property transaction. The executive session is being held pursuant to ORS 192.660(1)(e) and ORS 192.660(1)(h).  
The Commission is the rulemaking body for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. 
The meeting will be held in the ballroom of the Embarcadero Hotel, 1000 SE Bay Boulevard, Newport, in conjunction with a previously scheduled open meeting of the Fish and Wildlife Commission.
