Phones down at Newport ODFW office

SALEM - Phone service at the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife's Newport office are down today due problems associated with an underground cable failure yesterday.  Technicians with the phone company are working to correct the problem and hope to have service re-established late Wednesday.

Individuals seeking to reach ODFW Marine Resources staff on specific Marine Resources Program issues should call the Astoria office at (503) 503-325-2462. Individuals also may call the Corvallis ODFW office at (541) 757-4186 or the Tillamook ODFW office at (503) 842-2741 to obtain information.
