Oregon Commercial Fishery Permit Board to hold two telephone meetings

SALEM - The Oregon Commercial Fishery Permit Board will hold two
special meetings by telephone conference call at 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 15. Members of the public wishing to listen to the meetings
may do so at the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife headquarters
building at 3406 Cherry Avenue NE in Salem.

At the 1 p.m. meeting the board will review the proposed orders in the
contested case of the Ocean Troll Salmon Vessel permit for Randy and
Leslie Gorgita, Vessel 257746 Marie H, and the contested case of James E
Arbuckle, Ocean Troll Salmon Vessel Permit #61546. The purpose of the
review is to prepare Final Orders.

At the 2:30 p.m. meeting the board will review the proposed order in
the contested case of the 2004 Columbia River Gillnet Salmon Vessel
Permit for James C. Putman, Vessel OR972SF Sidewinder, in order to
prepare a Final Order.

The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A
request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other
accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 24
