We chose to use an outside evaluator, rather than conduct the study ourselves, to facilitate an independent and objective evaluation. Arwen Bird is the Marine Resource Management graduate student working with Flaxen Conway of Oregon Sea Grant to conduct this research. The report that OSU generates from the study will help ODFW learn about what did and didn’t work during the community team process and lessons learned can be applied to future community engagement. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>If you are a member of the public and attended the 2010 community team meetings for Cape Falcon, Cascade Head, and/or Cape Perpetua and would like to participate in this rapid evaluation please contact Arwen</b> (<a href="mailto:abird@coas.oregonstate.edu">abird@coas.oregonstate.edu</a>).
