[ODLC] 4/13 Spring Governing Board meeting

Hello ODLC Community-

Please save the date for our upcoming Spring Governing Board Meeting- Wednesday April 13th at 4pm.


The Executive Committee is working on our agenda, here are some highlights:

  *   BUDGET: Please be prepared to vote on increasing the content contribution budget by 5, 10, or 15%.
  *   ELECTIONS:  We’ll also be having elections for Executive Committee positions (Chair-Elect/Vice-Chair, Selection Chair, and a member-at-large).  We encourage and welcome new members to the Executive Committee as it is a great way to learn more about ODLC and get more involved in a service which serves libraries across the state.   If you are interested in one of the positions, or if you have questions, please reach out to me in the next few weeks.
  *   OTHER TOPICS WE’LL COVER:  we’ll also be sharing an overview of ODLC, updates about our budget and our collection management work, and discussion of how you and your patrons are feeling about OverDrive, any issues you have experienced, and other discussion as requested.
