I'll share a bit about my background -

After a near decade of working in Northeast Ohio public libraries in myriad circ, reference, instruction, and collection roles, I joined OverDrive in 2020 as a Digital Content Librarian. I came from Medina County District Library where I was the Adult Acquisitions Librarian. In that role I was able to attend Ohio Legislative Day, become a Certified Public Librarian, participate in ILEAD Ohio, and hold a leadership position with Ohio Library Council. I was MCDL's Acquisitions Librarian for four and a half years, and created Collection Maintenance Guidelines, which I also presented across Northeast Ohio and in training sessions for other libraries. In 2021 I became an Account Manager with the Bluegrass territory to deepen my involvement with OverDrive partner libraries, and have been working with folks in Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee since then. I'm also the chair of OverDrive's LGBTQ+ employee resource group, and a member of Cleveland's LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and working with your library's digital collection.
