[ODLC] ODLC invoicing - 2024-25

[ODLC Executive Committee]

Hi, all,

Letting you know that OverDrive will invoice ODLC libraries within the
first three days of July, so please check your individual accounts to
access that paperwork.

Note that there is a 10% increase in content fee as approved by the
Governing Board in fall 2023. The hosting fee remains the same.
