Of note: thanks to some of the suggestions on how to change our approach to
holds that came from the series of meetings this summer with the largest
circulating member libraries, our patrons are now waiting 13 days less on
average for their holds than they were in Summer 2024, even as the number
of holds has increased dramatically!
