[ODLC] ODLC Executive Committee update

[ODLC Executive Committee]

Hello, all,

Last month, ODLC's Executive Committee accepted the resignation of Chair
Elect Adrienne Alger with regrets.

The Governing Board held a special election online, and I'm thrilled to
announce that KT Austin from LINCC will serve as this year's Vice Chair /
Chair Elect.

Kathy Street from Oregon Trail Library District is your new Chair, and I
officially am the Past Chair.
