[ODLC] Minutes: February ODLC Executive Committee Minutes

Hello all,

please take a moment to review the minutes from the February ODLC Executive
Committee meeting:

Some important highlights:

   - The ODLC Governing Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 28 at
   2pm. Governing Board members, make sure your calendar is marked!
   - Some items we anticipate being up for discussion at the Governing
   Board include increasing the number of checkouts (though not the number of
   holds), how long we allow items to be on hold for in the ODLC collection,
   and the efficacy (or not) of the Cost-Per-Circ model.
