Charles, this is super helpful!

So far, here's who has let me know they have Kanopy:

   - Curry County
   - Klamath County
   - Baker County (LEO)
   - Hood River County (LEO)
   - CCRLS libraries
   - Corvallis
   - Gilliam County (LEO) — looking into it

Anyone else have it, or thinking about it?

Stephanie
