[ODLC] Minutes from the Spring 2026 ODLC Governing Board meeting

Hello all,

this afternoon, we held our Spring  ODLC Governing Board meeting. Thank you
to those who could attend — and for those who could not, please take a look

to catch up on the discussion.

A few items of interest:

   - The minutes contain information from the presentation we received on
   Kanopy and the different pricing structures. Are you interested in offering
   Kanopy? Take a look at the minutes

   and please email me at director at librariesofeasternoregon.org if you are
   interested — we're working on discount pricing.
   - For the Executive Committee, Amanda Edwards was elected to the Vice
   Chair position and Adrienne Alger to the vacant member at large position.
   When Adrienne becomes Vice Chair on July 1, we will have a vacancy for a
   member at large position. Please contact us if you are interested! You do
   not need to be your library's Governing Board representative to be on the
   Executive Committee!
   - At the Fall Governing Board meeting, we will need to talk about the
   content increases for the next two years (2026-2027 is at 5%, voted on in
   2024 for 2025-2027) and will likely discuss the MARC records ODLC is
   purchasing and the threshold for associate membership.
