<a href="https://letsencrypt.org/2023/07/10/cross-sign-expiration" target="_blank">
web certificate provider, Let's Encrypt</a>, will no longer support those Android versions. Older operating systems can't use the most current web certificates, which provide security while using apps and websites (including Libby). For the user to continue
using the Libby app, they'll need to use a device with Android 7.1.1 (or higher). Unfortunately, the device you mentioned is running on Android 5 and no further updates are available to it due to its age. If they're unable to update their device's operating
system, they can <a href="https://help.libbyapp.com/6070.htm" target="_blank">use a setup code</a> to copy their library cards, loans, holds, and tags to Libby or
<a href="https://libbyapp.com/" target="_blank">libbyapp.com</a> on <a href="https://help.libbyapp.com/6105.htm" target="_blank">
another compatible device</a>.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
