<BR><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Although it is too premature for ODOT to commit to using the new FHWA web-based ESA Section 7 consultation website, ODOT expects to "test drive" this site in the coming months. Depending on the results of ODOT's exploration of the site, use of the site<U> may</U> become mandatory at some time in the future for consultants producing ESA documents. With this in mind, we encourage you to register for one of the July FHWA webinars on web-based ESA Section 7 consultations as described in the attachments to this email.</FONT><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Times New Roman"> </FONT></P>
