<P><FONT FACE="Arial">ODOT has scheduled “Self-Curing Concrete And Self-Consolidating Concrete For Highway Bridges” for February 19<SUP>th</SUP>. The purpose of this event is to introduce the characteristics and applicability of self consolidating concrete in highway bridges and describe research and trial use of self curing concrete in Oregon.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE="Arial">The presenter is Dr. Wen-Chen Jua, Department of Civil Engineering, National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. Dr. Jua holds several patents in the areas of SCC, monitoring, CFRP, sustainability and sustainable development and building design code.</FONT></P>
