<P><FONT COLOR="#000080" SIZE=4 FACE="Tahoma">The presentation will come from Tom Metcalf, PE for OBEC Consulting Engineers.</FONT>
<BR><FONT COLOR="#000080" SIZE=4 FACE="Tahoma">Tom$B!G(Js presentation will provide general insight on how machine control grading has changed the way in which projects need to be designed and delivered. His presentation will also include recent $B!H(Jreal world$B!I(J lessons learned from ODOT$B!G(Js $154 million I-5: Willamette River Bridge project in Eugene, Ore., in which he served as the Roadway Lead and was directly responsible for providing the electronic design data needed for the project$B!G(Js machine control grading.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT COLOR="#000080" SIZE=4 FACE="Tahoma">Tom Metcalf has 14 years of roadway design experience as a consultant in the states of Oregon, California, Nevada and Iowa. Much of this experience has involved intensive, hands</FONT><FONT COLOR="#000080" SIZE=4 FACE="Tahoma">$B!>(J</FONT><FONT COLOR="#000080" SIZE=4 FACE="Tahoma">on use of roadway design software in the creation of proposed 3D roadway/earthwork terrain models.</FONT></P>
