ODOT Geo-Environmental Managers, Jennifer Sellers (Environmental Program Mgr) and Ken Franklin (Quality Improvement Program Mgr) will present on the JTA Section 18 Environmental Performance Standards while FHWA Oregon Division Planning and Program Development Team Leader, Chris Woods will present on the Every Day Counts Initiative.</FONT></P>
