<div>ODOT is seeking multiple consultants qualified to perform a broad range of Professional Services and Related Services that may be included in Work Order Contracts (“WOCs”) assigned under Price Agreements (“PAs”). This RFP is intended to replace two existing

sets of A&E full-service PAs; one set used for ODOT projects, and one set used for local public agency (“LPA”) projects.  These will be combined to provide a single series of PAs supporting both ODOT and LPA full-service projects. </div>
