<strong><span style="font-weight:normal">The purpose of this bulletin is to establish mandatory guidance through requirements, procedures and guidelines for the advanced acquisition of real property needed for transportation projects using state funds that
are subsequently reimbursed with federal funds for all acquisition costs incurred.</span></strong><o:p></o:p></span></p>
