to 5:00 p.m. on day one, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on day two and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on day three.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">This year’s Access Management Workshop continues training on changes to the 2012 access management rules (OAR 734-051) by providing technical guidance and opportunities
to share case studies and lessons learned. It will introduce changes required by SB 408, which takes effect on January 1, 2014. This bill changes the status of many existing highway connections; and changes how ODOT manages access to highways through permitting,
facility planning and project delivery.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
