<span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">ODOT and the American Council of Engineering Companies – Oregon (ACEC) are co-hosting a partnering conference on April 2<sup>nd</sup>. This year, the conference is located at the Salem Convention Center.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:6.0pt;text-autospace:none"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">The key goal of this conference is to build a strong partnership between ACEC and ODOT as transportation solutions are delivered for the citizens
of the State of Oregon. This year’s conference theme is “ACEC/ODOT – Partnering for an Intermodal Future.” It features information on how consultants and ODOT work together, specifically looking at integration of multi modal/intermodal aspects of transportation
project development.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:6.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">The keynote speaker is Nancy Sathre-Vogel. Nancy, her husband and two sons spent nearly three years together pedaling 17,300 miles through fifteen countries. She
will be speaking about her family's experiences and share lessons they learned on the road.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:6.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">This year’s conference also features eight workshops on the following areas: Project Delivery; Multi Modal/Intermodal; ACEC/ODOT Doing Business, and; Technical
Updates.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
