<p class="MsoNormal">The Project’s scope of work consists of installing new sidewalk, retrofitting existing sidewalk, installing enhanced pedestrian crossings, ADA ramp retrofit, installing a retaining wall, and transit signal priority. The scope of services
consists of survey, utility coordination, mobility coordination, hazardous materials management, public outreach and all associated traffic control and construction staging needed to complete the work. The project’s final plans, specification and estimate
(PS&E) delivery target date varies by project with the earliest being November 2017 for Key #19267.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">An ODOT Construction Office Project Manager is expected to perform contract administration of the construction phase for the project.<o:p></o:p></p>
