<b>address evolving documentation</b> under the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO), ODOT Section 106 Programmatic Agreement (PA), and those
<b>standards for deliverables and communication</b>.  This qualification is for both the historic built environment and archaeology and is good for two years.  The training is
