[OEBB_alltopic] OEBB Health Savings Account Participation Survey

[OEBB information]

OEBB needs your assistance in evaluating your satisfaction with the OEBB
preferred HSA vendor (US Bank) and to try to understand more about
member participation in the OEBB HSA Program. We are especially
interested in input from educational entities who created an account
with US Bank for HSAs, but have no employee participation in the US Bank
program. Please take a few minutes to complete the short survey on how
well US Bank has met your needs and to let us know what you think may be
contributing to your employees' decision not to take advantage of the
OEBB HSA.  We will also ask if you have any suggested changes to
encourage greater use of the option.. The survey can be accessed at
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/CMGHSMB and should only take 5 to 10
minutes to complete at the most. If you are unable to click through on
the link, please copy and paste it directly into your browser.
