We estimate it will take until mid-day tomorrow for them to complete all entities. We will send a follow-up message to announce when all entities' lists are available. Note, we only sent this e-mail to entities who had at least one member affected, so you should expect to receive a list tomorrow. Sorry for any inconvenience! The dependents on this list are scheduled to have their coverage terminated effective March 31, 2012. Some members have submitted appropriate documentation since the list was created - OEBB staff will contact you if a dependent on your list has been verified as eligible and coverage will continue uninterrupted. Carriers will receive files to update their enrollment records with these terminations on Saturday, March 31. We have notified BenefitHelp Solutions to process COBRA notifications immediately as another way to bring this to an employee's attention to ensure they are aware of their coverage being terminated before they obtain care or receive a claim denial for a dependent who does meet the eligibility requirements. Information about COBRA coverage and other coverage options can be found on the COBRA FAQs page of the OEBB website: http://www.oregon.gov/OHA/OEBB/FAQ/COBRA.shtml Once coverage has terminated, members are able to use the OEBB Appeal process if they need to request coverage be reinstated for a dependent who meets the eligibility requirements. Members can find the Appeal Form and review the OEBB Appeal Policy on the "Forms" page of the OEBB website: http://www.oregon.gov/OHA/OEBB/forms.shtml. Thank you for all of your assistance provided throughout this effort to ensure only eligible dependents are covered on OEBB plans. The goal is to contain costs for all those who are eligible for coverage. If you or your affected members have any questions about this process, please contact OEBB Member Services by calling 888-469-6322 (888-4My-OEBB) or by e-mailing: oebb.benefits at state.or.us.
