[OEBB_alltopic] DEV "Non-Responder" List as of March 5, 2012

Dear Benefits Administrators:

 

A list of "non-responders" (members from your entity who have not
supplied any documentation for the Dependent Eligibility Verification
Review and Audit) is now available in document management. OEBB Member
Services is currently working with individuals who submitted
insufficient documentation and those members are not included in this
list.

 

Today OEBB is mailing the attached letter to these members, asking them
to submit either acceptable documentation or an acknowledgment that
coverage for one or more of their dependents will end March 31, 2012.
Thank you for your continued assistance in contacting these members and
ensuring eligible dependents maintain coverage.
