[OEBB_alltopic] Correction Re:Final DEV "Insufficient Documentation" List

All the lists have now been loaded.  Thank you for your patience.

My apologies. The lists have not been uploaded to document management
yet. Staff are currently working on dividing up the full list by entity
and getting them loaded. We estimate it will take until mid-day tomorrow
for them to complete all entities. We will send a follow-up message to
announce when all entities' lists are available. Note, we only sent this
e-mail to entities who had at least one member affected, so you should
expect to receive a list tomorrow.

Dear Benefits Administrators:

 

A list of members who have submitted insufficient documentation to the
Dependent Eligibility Verification (DEV) Review and Audit is now
available in MyOEBB Document Management. OEBB Member Services is
continuing to work with these individuals in hopes of obtaining
acceptable documentation prior to their dependents' coverage
terminating.

 

Today OEBB is mailing the attached letter to these members asking them
to submit either acceptable documentation, or an acknowledgment that
coverage for one or more of their dependents will end March 31, 2012.
Thank you for your continued assistance in contacting these members and
ensuring eligible dependents maintain coverage.
