Dear OEBB Member -

Due to your recent enrollment in OEBB health plans, federal law requires OEBB to make available to all employees the "Initial Notice of COBRA Rights". This is to inform you and your eligible dependents of your COBRA continuation rights if, in the future, you should lose eligibility for OEBB health plans.
