[OEBB_alltopic] OEBB's Healthy Futures deadline to say "yes" is March 31, 2014

Our records show that as of March 3, 2014 you had not yet completed the first step in OEBB's Healthy Futures program which is simply "Agree to Participate".

BUT IT'S NOT TOO LATE!

þ  By March 31, 2014, log in to MyOEBB.org<https://myoebb.org/oebb/!pb.main> and update your Healthy Futures election to "YES! I want to participate!" Be sure to do this for yourself and your spouse/partner if you cover one on your medical plan. If you cover a spouse/partner on your medical plan and only one of you participates, your family as a whole will not have fulfilled the program requirements and no reward will be received.
Step 1 is that simple! You'll be on your way to $100 reduction in deductible or copays on your 2014-15 OEBB medical plan.

Once you're on your way, the other steps will be:
þ  Complete a confidential health assessment<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Pages/HF-HA.aspx> on your medical carrier's website by May 31, 2014.
þ  Take two actions<http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OEBB/Pages/HF-WellAct.aspx> to improve or maintain your health by August 15, 2014.
þ  Report your two actions in the MyOEBB system during the 2014 Open Enrollment period.
