OEBB Member Services is continuing to work with these individuals in hopes of obtaining acceptable documentation prior to their dependents’ coverage terminating.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Today OEBB is mailing the attached letter to these members asking them to submit either acceptable documentation, or an acknowledgment that coverage for one or more of their dependents will end March 31, 2012.
