[OEBBBUSMAN] OEBB -- Proposed Rules Filing Notice

The Oregon Educators Benefit Board filed the following proposed rules
with the Secretary of State on July 15, 2010:

 

Eligibility and Policy Term Violations - 111-080-0040, 111-080-0045 and
111-080-0050

 

These rules establish OEBB's policy for eligibility violations and
policy term violations which pertain to and affect OEBB members.

 

A public hearing on these rules will be held on August 23, 2010, at
10:00 a.m. in the OEBB Boardroom at the DAS General Services Building,
1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, Oregon.  

 

You can also provide written comments. Written comments can be emailed

Kelly, Oregon Educators Benefit Board, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Suite B,
Salem, OR 97301.  

 

Because there is a delay in this notification, the Oregon Educators
Benefit Board has extended the public comment period to Friday,
September 17 at 5:00 p.m. All comments received during this time will be
reviewed and considered.
