watch the OEBB Board meeting live and follow the instructions below. The
meeting starts at 10:00 a.m. 

1.	Select "Watch" next to the file 
2.	From the drop down list, choose the audio/video utility that
works on your computer
	(recommend: 128 kbps video/audio using windows media player) 
3.	Select "Start Streaming" (You may have to download software) 

The Board will accept written comment at this meeting. If you would like
to make a public comment to the Board, please e-mail
rose.mann at state.or.us with "public comment" in the subject line.
