Dear Business Managers - 

 

We mailed a postcard to all active employees and early retirees in the
MyOEBB system yesterday. You can view it at the following link:

OEBB will be mailing open enrollment packets directly to your employees
and early retirees beginning August 6th using the addresses in the
MyOEBB system as of noon today. Please note that we are unable to apply
any address changes made after noon today to the OEBB Open Enrollment
packets as the data has already been pulled and the mail merge process
has begun.

 

You will soon receive another e-mail with samples of the content
included in the OEBB Open Enrollment packets. We strive to proactively
provide Educational Entities with thorough information about our
direct-to-member communications so we can all be better prepared for the
questions that may arise.

communications, in preparation for Open Enrollment or at any other time,
