Good afternoon. I received a request from the Oregon Business Council to complete a survey (or forward to the most appropriate person/people) designed to gain the perspective of educational entities and local governments related to providing health insurance for their employees. I hope you will take a few minutes to complete this survey, or forward to a more appropriate staff member to complete. I'm not sure how often groups like this are able to consider information from the many public employers in the state of Oregon.  Having your input when updating the Oregon Business Plan Health Care Strategy would make the strategy much more inclusive and comprehensive and is sure to benefit all Oregon businesses.
