Message to Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB) Interested Parties:
Following is a REVISED  notice of public meetings of the OEBB Board for APRIL, 2016. The meeting dates, times, agenda items and locations are subject to change.
The OEBB Business Operations Workgroup (BOW) will hold a public meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street, SE, Salem, Oregon. The meeting will cover OAR Divisions 5 (Procurement and Contracting for Benefit Plans and Services), 20 (Program Participation) and Division 40 (Declination of Coverage); the administrative fee and discussion of the Board's strategic plan.  The agenda will be posted on the OEBB website on or before Friday, April 22, 2016.

REVISED The OEBB Strategies on Evidence and Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW) will hold a public meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street, SE, Salem, Oregon. The meeting will cover the OEBB Medical/Rx RFP Proposed Regions. The agenda will be posted on the OEBB website on or before Friday, April 22, 2016.

The OEBB Board will hold a public meeting at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, Oregon. The meeting will cover the Medical/Pharmacy/Dental and Vision Renewals and plan designs, OARS to be filed with Secretary of State and Medical/Rx RFP Proposed Regions. The agenda will be posted on the OEBB website on or before Friday, April 22, 2016.

Parking at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street, SE, Salem, Oregon:
Limited metered parking is available on Ferry Street, nearby streets and in the surface lot at the corner of Ferry and 13th streets. Half- and full-day permits ($3 or $6) are available for the rooftop only of the Ferry St. parking structure.  The parking structure is located directly across the street from the meeting location. Parking permits are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Fleet & Parking Services, 1100 Airport Rd, SE, Salem, OR 97301-6082.
The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting to Rose Mann at 503-378-4606.
