[OEBBBUSMAN] OEBB-Changes in MyOEBB now that rollover is complete

Good Morning,

OEBB has completed the first of two roll overs in the MyOEBB system. This is in preparation for the upcoming required Open Enrollment. You will see that all the medical, dental and vision plans now have a 9/30/2016 termination date.

If you are terminating an employee's coverage, you will still need to complete a "Term All QSC". This will term all the coverage and send the employee to the Termination Approval Page.

To prevent New Hires from being enrolled with a 12-month wait on their dental and vision plans, please make sure you give each New Hire a "New Hire QSC" as you set them up in MyOEBB.  The New Hire will use this QSC first and then be in regular Open Enrollment mode if they enter the MyOEBB Member Module again during this time period.
