Following is a notice of revised public meetings of the OEBB Board for FEBRUARY 2016. The meeting dates, times, agenda items and locations are subject to change.

Tuesday, February 2, 2016, 9:00 a.m. to noon. -- PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301.  The Strategies on Evidence and Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW) will conduct a public meeting to review and discuss OEBB 2017-18 Medical RFP topics, an update on Moda's Summit/Synergy Plans and carrier care management programs, The agenda will be posted on the OEBB website on or before Friday, January 29, 2016.

Tuesday, February 2, 2016, 1:30 p.m. --  2:00 p.m. - PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services - General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The OEBB Board and PEBB Board will meet in a joint executive session* to discuss records that are exempt by law from public inspection. No final decisions will be made during this meeting.



Tuesday, February 2, 2016, 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. -- PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301.  The OEBB Board will convene in a public meeting to review an update on the medical, pharmacy RFP, the Bronze Plan and the Customer Service Survey.  The agenda will be posted on the OEBB website on or before Friday, January 29, 2016.

Thursday, February 25, 2016, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301.  The Business and Operations (BOW) agenda will be posted on the OEBB website on or before Monday, February 22, 2016.
Parking at the Dept. of Administrative Services General Services Building:
Limited metered parking is available on Ferry Street, nearby streets and in the surface lot at the corner of Ferry and 13th streets. Half- and full-day permits ($3 or $6) are available for the rooftop only of the Ferry St. parking structure.  The parking structure is located directly across the street from the meeting location. Parking permits are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Fleet & Parking Services, 1100 Airport Rd, SE, Salem, OR 97301-6082.
*Executive Session: No admittance unless stated below. Thank you.
The executive session is being held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(f), which allows a governing body to hold an executive session to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection. In compliance with ORS 192.660(6), no decisions will be made during this meeting.
Representatives of the news media, OEBB staff and individuals specifically invited to participate are allowed to attend this executive session. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of the deliberations during executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced.

The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting to Rose Mann at 503-378-4606.
