Message to Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB) Interested Parties:
Following is a notice of public meetings of the OEBB Board for APRIL, 2016. The meeting dates, times, agenda items and locations are subject to change.
The OEBB Business Operations Workgroup (BOW) will hold a public meeting at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2016, at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street, SE, Salem, Oregon. The meeting will cover OAR Divisions 5 (Procurement and Contracting for Benefit Plans and Services) and 20 (Program Participation), the administrative fee and discussion of the Board's strategic plan.  The agenda will be posted on the OEBB website on or before Friday, April 1, 2016.

The OEBB Strategies on Evidence and Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW) will hold a public meeting at 8:45 a.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street, SE, Salem, Oregon. The meeting will cover the OEBB 2017-18 Medical/Pharmacy RFP, and Moda's Care Management Programs. The agenda will be posted on the OEBB website on or before Friday, April 1, 2016.

The OEBB Board will hold a public meeting at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, Oregon. The meeting will cover the Truven Informed Enrollment tool, 2017 - 2018 Medical/Pharmacy RFP, possible plan design considerations, updates from the SEOW, BOW and a communications update. The agenda will be posted on the OEBB website on or before Friday, April 1, 2016.

Parking at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street, SE, Salem, Oregon:
Limited metered parking is available on Ferry Street, nearby streets and in the surface lot at the corner of Ferry and 13th streets. Half- and full-day permits ($3 or $6) are available for the rooftop only of the Ferry St. parking structure.  The parking structure is located directly across the street from the meeting location. Parking permits are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Fleet & Parking Services, 1100 Airport Rd, SE, Salem, OR 97301-6082.
The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting to Rose Mann at 503-378-4606.
