Message to Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB) Interested Parties:
The OEBB Board will hold the following meetings for JUNE, 2016 in the DAS General Services Building; 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301. The meeting dates, times, agenda items and locations are subject to change.
Tuesday, June 7, 2016, 8:30 a.m. to noon. The Strategies on Evidence and Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW) will conduct a public meeting to review and discuss 2014-15 OEBB Dental & Health Data Reports and network adequacy standards for mental health/substance abuse services.

Tuesday, June 7, 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The OEBB Board will conduct a public meeting to review and discuss the Medical/Pharmacy and Vision RFP process and timeline, Special Projects Consultant RFP , OEBB Opt-out Administrative Rules and member outreach.

Tuesday, June 28, 2016, 9:00 a.m. to noon. The Strategies on Evidence and Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW) will conduct a public meeting to review and discuss OEBB wellness programs.

The agendas will be posted on the OEBB website on or before Friday, June 3, 2016.

Parking at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street, SE, Salem, Oregon:
Limited metered parking is available on Ferry Street, nearby streets and in the surface lot at the corner of Ferry and 13th streets. Half- and full-day permits ($3 or $6) are available for the rooftop only of the Ferry St. parking structure.  The parking structure is located directly across the street from the meeting location. Parking permits are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Fleet & Parking Services, 1100 Airport Rd, SE, Salem, OR 97301-6082.
The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting to Rose Mann at 503-378-4606.
