Message to Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB) Interested Parties:
MONDAY, November 14, 2016, 9:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; The OEBB Board will meet in public session to hear presentations from proposers for the OEBB Medical/Pharmacy and Vision RFP.

TUESDAY, November 15, 2016, 7:30 a.m. -  5:15 p.m.; The OEBB Board will meet in public session to hear presentations from proposers for the OEBB Medical/Pharmacy and Vision RFP.

MONDAY, November 21, 2016, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; The OEBB Board will meet in public session to hear presentations from proposers for the OEBB Medical/Pharmacy and Vision RFP.

The meetings will be held at:

DAS General Services Building
OEBB Boardroom
1225 Ferry Street SE
Salem, OR 97301

The meeting date, times, agenda items and locations are subject to change.
The agenda will be posted on the OEBB website on or before Friday, November 10, 2016.

Parking at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street, SE, Salem, Oregon:
Limited metered parking is available on Ferry Street, nearby streets and in the surface lot at the corner of Ferry and 13th streets. Half- and full-day permits ($3 or $6) are available for the rooftop only of the Ferry St. parking structure.  The parking structure is located directly across the street from the meeting location. Parking permits are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Fleet & Parking Services, 1100 Airport Rd, SE, Salem, OR 97301-6082.
The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting to Rose Mann at 503-378-4606.

Representatives of the news media, OEBB staff and individuals specifically invited to participate are allowed to attend this executive session. Representatives of the news media are specifically directed not to report on any of the deliberations during executive session, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced.
