Message to Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB) Interested Parties:
The OEBB Board will hold the following public meetings for NOVEMBER, 2016:
Tuesday, November 1, 2016, 9:00 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. The Strategies on Evidence and Outcomes Workgroup (SEOW) will conduct a public meeting to review and discuss OEBB wellness programs and review the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance Survey of School Employees (BRFSS).

Tuesday, November 1, 2016, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. The OEBB Board will conduct a public meeting to review and discuss Medical/Pharmacy and Vision RFP Finalists and RFP Proposers Interview Format.

The meetings will be held at:

DAS General Services Building
OEBB Boardroom
1225 Ferry Street SE
Salem, OR 97301

The meeting date, times, agenda items and locations are subject to change.
The agenda will be posted on the OEBB website on or before Friday, October 28, 2016.

Parking at the DAS General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street, SE, Salem, Oregon:
Limited metered parking is available on Ferry Street, nearby streets and in the surface lot at the corner of Ferry and 13th streets. Half- and full-day permits ($3 or $6) are available for the rooftop only of the Ferry St. parking structure.  The parking structure is located directly across the street from the meeting location. Parking permits are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Fleet & Parking Services, 1100 Airport Rd, SE, Salem, OR 97301-6082.
The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting to Rose Mann at 503-378-4606.
