[OEBBBUSMAN] Posters for Open Enrollment

[Business Managers-OEBB]

We have been struggling to develop this NEW option, and I had been losing hope, but I just learned this morning that we should be able to pull it together for this year!

We haven't announced it to anyone yet (because we don't have the details yet - it's being built as we speak).

But we WILL announce it to all entities when it's ready, post a link to the admin pages of the website, etc.

We always email our entities using these two listservs:


  *   MyOEBB system updates via MyOEBB (myoebb at omls.oregon.gov<mailto:myoebb at omls.oregon.gov>)


This is the list is for Benefits Administrators with access to the MyOEBB Admin Module, and


  *   Business Managers (oebbbusman at omls.oregon.gov<mailto:oebbbusman at omls.oregon.gov>)


This is the list for OEBB Business Managers, Human Resources, and Finance staff, etc. People who do not have access to the admin module but still need non-system-related info about managing OEBB benefits for their employees.

If Rachele and her staff are on those lists, they will get the information when we announce it along with all the other entities.

If they need to be added to these lists, they can send the names, emails and roles they fill to me and I will get the lists updated appropriately.

We are learning that there is a glitch in the system and we can't get open enrollment posters as mentioned in presentation by Mercer. OEBB is telling my staff that they are struggling to get an order service set up and that it is doubtful that we will have posters by open enrollment. We were really looking forward to using this feature this year to help our employees be more prepared. Can Mercer send them out or ???
