If offered as an “employee paid” optional benefit, there is no additional cost to your organization and it provides access to this important coverage at very competitive rates. If offered on an optional “employee paid” basis, there is no cost to your organization and these coverages provide valuable income protection options to your employees at very competitive rates. This is not the case. While entities can’t enter into separate contracts for coverages available through and administered by OEBB, employees can still purchase individual life, disability and accidental death and dismemberment policies.
