</span></i></b><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">With the passage of House Bill 2279, new groups have the option of joining the Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB). The amendments to Division 10 provide language for the implementation of
new groups under House Bill 2279. In addition, an amendment was made in response to recent guidance issued relating to treatment of health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs) under the Affordable Care Act (ACA).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
