<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">OEBB is proposing to permanently amend Oregon Administrative Rules on Procurement and Contracting for Benefit Plans and Services. The purpose of this rule amendment is to align OEBB’s procurement rules with
the public procurement code, which allows state agencies to pursue a small procurement when the cost of goods or services does not exceed $10,000.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
