Good morning,

 

OEBB will be producing and distributing your May 2010 Invoice Excel
Reports this Friday night April 30th. You will find them in your
Document Management section in MyOEBB the following morning.   We will
send you the Summary Premium Billing Statement by Monday May 3rd that
will include the amount due for your May benefits as well as any
retroactive adjustments made in April. Jody Bowyer will also distribute
your retro adjustment spreadsheets at the member level so you'll have
the detail supporting the amounts due.  This "retroactive work-up" will
be placed in your Document Management Section in MyOEBB with
notification by Jody. If you do not agree with the amount billed please
contact her and she will assist you in researching a discrepancy. The
due date for payment of your May invoice is **Tuesday May 11th.  Please
remember to clear any unsaved QSCs that can be viewed on your home page
prior to this Friday night's invoicing report distribution. As always,
