Good afternoon,

 

OEBB will be producing and distributing your July 2010 Invoice Excel
Reports next Wednesday night June 30th. You will find them in your
Document Management section in MyOEBB the following morning.   We will
send you the Summary Premium Billing Statement by Thursday July 1st that
will include the amount due for your July benefits as well as any
retroactive adjustments made in June. Jody Bowyer will also distribute
your retro adjustment spreadsheets at the member level so you'll have
the detail supporting the amounts due.  This "retroactive work-up" will
be placed in your Document Management Section in MyOEBB with
notification by Jody. If you do not agree with the amount billed please
contact her and she will assist you in researching a discrepancy. The
due date for payment of your July invoice is **Monday July 12th. Please
remember to clear any unsaved QSCs that can be viewed on your home page
prior to next Wednesday night's invoicing report distribution. As
always, please feel free to call or e-mail us with any questions you
might have.
