Good afternoon,

 

OEBB will be producing and distributing your June 2010 Invoice Excel
Reports next Monday night May 31st. You will find them in your Document
Management section in MyOEBB the following morning.   We will send you
the Summary Premium Billing Statement by Tuesday June 1st that will
include the amount due for your June benefits as well as any retroactive
adjustments made in May. Jody Bowyer will also distribute your retro
adjustment spreadsheets at the member level so you'll have the detail
supporting the amounts due.  This "retroactive work-up" will be placed
in your Document Management Section in MyOEBB with notification by Jody.
If you do not agree with the amount billed please contact her and she
will assist you in researching a discrepancy. The due date for payment
of your June invoice is **Wednesday June 9th. Please remember to clear
any unsaved QSCs that can be viewed on your home page prior to this
Friday night's invoicing report distribution (Monday is a Holiday). As
