January 2015 payment reminder

[For entity personnel responsible for making premium payments to OEBB.]

Greetings,

Below is a schedule of the billing events for the month of January 2015. If you have any unsaved enrollments, or unsaved QSC's MyOEBB will not show premiums for that member. Please ensure all enrollments and QSC's are saved for accurate billing and to avoid unnecessary retro adjustments.

*Excel Invoice Reports Produced - Wednesday, December 31st, available Thursday, January 1st, in document management.
*Monthly Billing Statement - Will be sent Friday, January 2nd, this includes current billing and any changes made in December.
*Retroactive Report - Will be uploaded to document management Friday, January 2nd. This is a per member detailed report of retro changes.
*Payment Due Date - Premiums are due January 12th.

MyOEBB Availablitly - MyOEBB will be unavailable from 8:00 PM Wednesday, December 31st, to 8:00 AM Thursday, January 1st.
