[OEBBpremiumcontact] OEBB email issues

[For educational entity personnel responsible for making premium payments to OEBB.]

The State of Oregon is in the process of changing all email extensions to Oregon.gov. The change to OEBB staff email was implemented in April.  Since then we have heard from several entities who are not receiving information sent by us.  If you have found that you are a District that has not been receiving our emails, mainly the Monthly Billing Statements emailed on the 1st business day of each month, please check with your IT department to make sure our emails are not being directed to a junk folder.



Please contact OEBB Financial Services by close of business on the 1st business day of the month if you do not receive your Monthly Billing Statement.  Thank you.
